  • Generate revenue from existing demand

We do not guarantee specific results, but we operate on a performance-focused model aligned with outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be authorised to act on behalf of your business
  • Provide accurate and complete information

4. Services & Engagement

4.1 Scope of Work

Services may include:

  • Enquiry follow-up systems
  • AI, SMS, email, and voice outreach
  • Sales pipeline recovery strategies

The exact scope will be agreed upon separately (e.g., proposal, agreement, or onboarding).

4.2 No Guarantee of Results

While our systems are designed to improve outcomes:

  • We do not guarantee revenue, sales, or conversion rates
  • Results depend on your database quality, offer, response handling, and sales execution

4.3 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful data
  • Ensure you have the right to contact your leads/customers
  • Respond to inbound opportunities generated
  • Maintain your own compliance with marketing and privacy laws

5. Fees & Payment

5.1 Payment Terms

  • Fees will be agreed in writing before commencement
  • Services will not begin until payment is received (unless otherwise agreed)

5.2 Performance-Based Elements

Where applicable:

  • Fees may be linked to outcomes (e.g., conversions, booked calls, or revenue events)
  • Specific terms will be outlined in your agreement

5.3 No Refunds

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced
  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion

6. Use of AI & Automation

You acknowledge that:

  • We may use AI systems, automation, SMS, email, and voice technologies
  • Some communications may be automated or semi-automated
  • Conversations may be recorded or logged for service delivery and optimisation

7. Data & Compliance

7.1 Client Data

You retain ownership of your data.

By providing data to us, you confirm:

  • You have the legal right to use and share that data
  • You have obtained any required consent from your contacts

7.2 Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Compliance with spam, privacy, and marketing laws (e.g., Spam Act, GDPR where applicable)
  • Ensuring your outreach lists are compliant

We act as a service provider — not the data owner.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All systems, frameworks, messaging, and processes developed by G'Day CAFE remain our intellectual property
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use deliverables for your business

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost revenue due to client inaction
  • Poor lead quality or inaccurate data
  • Sales outcomes outside our control

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made
  • You breach these Terms
  • There is misuse of our systems

You may terminate services as per your agreement terms.

12. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, messaging, AI tools).

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or issues from third-party providers
  • Changes in their functionality or policies

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorised access
